The Pantry
From my kitchen to yours
The same exceptional ingredients I cook with in class — now available to take home. Starting with the product I'm most proud of.
Pulled Beef Ragù al Chianti
Slow-braised pulled beef in Chianti wine — made to a family recipe from Lucca. Rich, deeply flavoured, and ready to transform a simple bowl of pasta into something memorable. This is exactly the kind of food I grew up eating — simple, slow-cooked, and full of flavour.
Find it at The Proud Sow, Dulwich Village · The Cheese Block, East Dulwich · Christopher's, Herne Hill
My pantry products are designed to bring the same depth of flavour to your table — slow-cooked, small batch, and ready to use at home.

A glimpse of la dolce vita
Meet Ilaria
Born in Lucca.
Cooking in London.
I grew up in Lucca, Tuscany — in a farming family with deep roots in olive oil production, wine-making, and the rhythms of the Italian seasons. My mum and my nonni passed down family recipes and a love for seasonal, homegrown ingredients — and the joy of gathering around the table to celebrate the flavours of each season.
"I learned to cook the way most Italian children do — by watching, helping, and spending time in the kitchen with family."
Now I bring that same spirit to South London — sharing the flavours and traditions of my home through intimate cooking experiences that go beyond recipes. If you're curious about Tuscan cooking, love hosting, or just want to learn how to cook effortless Italian meals, you're in the right place.
